Developed by NEXT25, the Parliamentary Leaders Program is world-class professional development program designed to produce effective politicians who understand and lead in integrity with their values with improved understanding and confidence to hold the government to account and influence and change the political system itself.

Open to all federal, state and territory parliamentarians, the Parliamentary Leaders Program (PLP) is a two-day training course followed by a prestigious alumni program to support participants’ ongoing development and create a network of catalysts to reform the way politics works.
