Sydney theatre Company, watershed

Sydney Theatre Company ("STC")  has a proud history of nurturing artists for the Australian stage. Over the Company’s four decades the city, industry and community within which STC operates have changed. The careers of playwrights, the development pathways of plays and the needs of its audience and industry have shifted. In response to this ever-evolving landscape, the Company is excited to launch its new home for new work and artistic development, Watershed, with the support of Jibb Foundation. 

As an umbrella to encompass the Company’s development activities both past and present and powered by STC's new work team. Watershed will refine and expand the critical initiatives in support of playwrights and other theatre artists.
